This companionway door is constructed from glossy off white 1/2" thick marine grade plastic and measures approximately 27 1/4" W x 32 1/2" D x 39 1/2" H overall. Includes locking latch with (2) keys and 1" diameter handle. The bottom of the door has a metal track which measures approximately 1 1/4" overall.

Hi Doug,
Unfortunately none of the doors we received from Chaparral came with any sort of installation instructions or manual. We weren't even able to determine who actually made the doors to try that way. About all we can suggest is to either contact a Chaparral dealer, or find an online Chaparral owners forum and post the question there.
