This double offset piano hinge is constructed out of 16 gauge aluminum. It measures approximately 3" W x 12" H overall when open and 1 1/8" W x 12" H when folded. It has (6) 5/16" Dia. and (4) 5/16" W x 7/8" L slotted mounting holes. See photos for additional measurements.

Can't say with 100% certainty, but from those dimensions it should be 3/8" - 1/2".
