I am sorry, but we are not able to cross reference the panel set to specific boats. You'd need to either contact a dealer and give them that V3011700 Cruisers part number, or just go by the detailed measurements we have in the ad and photos.

Unfortunately, we don't currently show any pre cut deck panels specific to your Express, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '06, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting non skid floorin off the roll and cutting to size.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of non skid at great prices at this link:
