Boat part number 1060513 is a new OEM bow and cockpit cover for a 2008 Tracker Tahoe Q7 with tower. Manufactured by Dowco, part numbers 682831-22(cockpit cover), and 682639-22 (bow cover).
Constructed out of Dowco's exclusive ClimaShield Plus red fabric, the cockpit cover measures approximately 148" L x 86" W overall. The bow cover measures approximately 64" L x 64 1/2" W overall. Both covers come with preinstalled snaps, mooring poles, and hardware.
DOWCO's exclusive ClimaShield Plus fabric provides superior water repellent and protection from mildew and fading. It is woven with Dowco's Color-Lok yarn to provide superior fade resistance and polyester yarn increases the products longevity and durability. Inclusion of anti-microbial coatings make this fabric resistant to the growth of mildew.

I'm afraid we don't make the covers - or anything. All we can offer is what we currently show on line. Unfortunately we don't currently have a cover specific to your Q3, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '04, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:
