Product Questions

Looking to replace my Lowrance 3500 depth finder. Do you still sell that model or a direct replacement? My transducer is ok and I only need the display unit. Im looking for something that will plug right in. Mine only has depth, not depth and temp. Thank you.
Question by: Mark geenen on Jun 20, 2022, 11:03 AM
Hi Mark,

Those 3500's have become next to impossible to find I'm afraid. We'll see a couple from time to time, but that's it. They aren't something we can source or order. Since we aren't Lowrance dealers, we don't know what (if any) direct replacement there is. Sorry.

How fast can I go n still get an accurate depth reading?
Question by: James Bishop on Jun 5, 2022, 6:44 AM
Hello James,

Honestly not sure. The manual doesn't say anything about that. About all we can suggest is to contact Faria directly. Sorry.

Does this model include a transducer and how is it mounted? Thanks
Question by: Chuck Levy on Dec 9, 2021, 9:29 AM
Hello Chuck,

Sorry no transducer is included. It uses a 245kz, two pin transducer that I think you can get from Faria. It fits through the front of the dash in a 2" hole and has a mounting bracket on the back that attaches to it.

Will this go on a 2008 Monterey FSX?
Question by: Kurt on Nov 22, 2021, 9:08 PM
Hello Kurt,

I'm sorry, but we have no way to cross reference the unit to specific boats. If your dash has a 2" diameter opening, and you have a 235hz transducer with 2-pin connector, we know of no reason it wouldn't work.

Need a replacement for a Lowrance 2”. + dash mount. Is the transducer frequency compatible?
Question by: David hackney on Oct 13, 2021, 5:13 PM
Hello David,

I'm afraid we do not know. We aren't Lowrance dealers, and don't know the specs of your depth finder or transducer. The Faria depth finder Operates at 235 kHz frequency, but you'd need to check with Lowrance to see if it is compatible.
