Do the screws to fasten the twist locks come with them?

Hi Barry,
They do not. Most hardware stores will have stainless steel hardware to fasten. Due to the different applications, thicknesses and such, the screws are not included because they will vary for everyone. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact back.
