We believe the MILLENIUM series are class AD, but since we aren't dealers, we aren't certain. We would suggest contacting an Attwood/Garelick dealer.

I'm afraid we can't say for sure. We aren't dealers and can't cross reference them, and don't have one of those chairs to check. If the chair has as standard 12" x 5" mounting pattern, than yes, it would fit.

I'm afraid not. You could LOWER it maybe an inch or two by cutting down the post, but that's pretty much it. Sorry.
