Yes, we do ship to Australia, and to determine shipping costs/options, you can put the kit into your shopping cart, change country and enter your postal code. You'll get a couple of Fedex Options.
I'm afraid though, you'd need to check with a dealer to see if this kit will fit your 249 bimini. We aren't able to cross reference them. Sorry.
