This rod holder is constructed out of white marine grade plastic, and measures approximately 40" L x 11 3/4" W x 4 1/4" D overall (tapers to 3 3/8" D). Requires an approximate 38" L x 10" W cutout. Features (2) slots with black bungee straps to secure fishing rods, and (2) 2 1/8" Dia. cutouts on one end. Mounts with (8) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes around the perimeter.
