Boat part number 1076240 is a new Glendinning Cablemaster shore power cable system, model number CM-7 .

Glendinning Cablemaster Model CM-7 is your final solution when it comes to handling and storing bulky 50 amp power cable! It is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment which means its durability and reliability is second to none. Unlike all other cable handling systems, the Cablemaster Model CM-7 eliminates the need for slip rings or brush connections. Offering both automatic pay in and out, the power cable is easily maneuvered and stored in a variety of settings. It is also able to store an unlimited length of cable because it stores the cable separately. Glendinning also offers a variety of guide roller assemblys in order to store the cable several yards away from the Cablemaster. Cablemaster Model CM-7 is fully tested and approved (CE, ISO 8846).

How Does it Work?
The Cablemaster is an electrically operated power cord reel that effortlessly extends, retracts, and stores your boat's shore power cable into a designated area below deck - A simple flip of a switch is all it takes!

What Types of Cable can be Used?
The Cablemaster can handle all types of shore power cable. See specifications list below for exact limits.

What is the Minimum Space Requirement?
The minimum space requirement will vary depending on which Cablemaster model you choose and cable length. Typically, cable lengths longer than 50 feet (15.25 meters) will require additional storage space. See specifications list below for exact requirements.

Features and Benefits
  • Powered Extension and Retraction - With a simple flip of the switch, the Cablemaster will extend, retract and store your boat's shore power cable, keeping it out of the water and your decks free of excess cable coils.
  • Unique Design - Eliminates Slip Rings or Brushes - Unlike industrial reels, the Cablemaster does not carry shore power through slip rings or brushes, which can be susceptible to moisture or corrosion in a harsh marine environment. By eliminating the need for the detachable plug connection, which is used on boats that are not equipped with the Cablemaster, the shore power cable can be "hard-wired" to the boat's electrical system preventing hot spots and voltage drops.
  • Unlimited Cable Length - No more need for extension cords! The Cablemaster will easily handle all the shore power cable your storage space will allow.
Includes Glendinning Cablemaster 04155 remote control system.
