Does your lid pop off like this one? If so, then yes, it would be the direct replacement for it. Note that this one is polar white - a true, bright white.
We also have in arctic white, an off white color here:

Can I buy just the cover. I have this same setup but hatch cover tabs are broken. Won't stay when choppy or rough water.
