Boat part number 1013035 is a new pair of cup holders from ITC Marine, part number 81423SS .
These cup holders are constructed out of 304 grade stainless steel with a polished finish and black non-skid pads inside. They each measure approximately 4 1/4" Dia. x 3 1/2" H overall and require an approximate 3 5/8" Dia. cutout. Each cup holder has (1) 3/8" Dia. drain hose barb.
Sold as a pair.

Hi John,
That is a drain hole. Typically you'd attach a drain hose to it, but not always.
We do have a couple orders from you for IPOD cables, but no cup holders and no orders since 2020.
