This hatch is constructed from Arctic White glass filled polypropylene. The manufacturer calls this a 13" x 30" hatch, we measure it to be approximately 30 1/4" L x 13 1/4" W x 3/4" D overall, and fits a 27 1/2" x 10 1/2" cutout. It has an opening of 26 1/2" x 9 3/8", and mounts via (12) mounting holes throughout the perimeter.

We have the arctic white handles on order with the manufacturer but won't be seeing them until the end of July. If you can live with polar white (bright white) we have those here:

Hello Charles,
Since the cut out on the 30 x 13 is 27 1/2 x 10 1/2, you may need to add a shim here and there, but other than that, we don't see why it wouldn't.

I've had this hatch cover a week now and it's going on a wood deck. What size pan head screws do I need? None came with the hatch.

I'm not 100% positive, but I do believe they are #10 - just under 1/4".

Yes, they are designed to withstand normal walking traffic. I wouldn't recommend standing on them for any period of time though.
