Jim Black hatches are as functional as they are stylish. This Jim Black hatch is made from a glass filled polypropylene, for strength and durability and features four securing latches. Designed for heavy traffic areas this hatch will withstand people walking it. Closing the hatch compresses the gasket to create a near weather tight seal.

Designed to naturally shed water. Great choice for easy dry storage, access to bait or fish wells, or electrical and plumbing lines. Requires ten (10) pan head self tapping screws. (not included)

I’m wanting to use as access to a console. Console is only 1/4” thick, how far will lip go inside and can any of the lip inside be removed
