Unfortunately we don't have one specific to your 260 and they are not something we can source/order or cross reference to what we do have. You could try checking with a dealer, but going back to '04, I'm not sure they could still help.
You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll, and have an area upholsterer make something up for you.
