Welting, also called puff cord, seat cord or welt piping because of the round edge, is a fabric-covered cord made of upholstery fabric. Welting is sewn with a fabric lip to insert it between fabric pieces with the puff edge remaining visible. It's often used on the edges of arm rests and seat cushions.
This alpha mystic white welting measures approximately 1 1/8" W x 3/8" H overall. Has a cloth cord insert throughout its length. Manufacturer calls this alpha mystic white, we see it closer to a cornsilk / off white color.
