Boat part number 8303133 is a new set of port and starboard bow snap-in cushions from Lund Boats, part number 2119288 . These OEM cushions are the same used by Lund for their 2014 Baron 21 models.
Constructed from beige colored vinyl with terra cotta and black accents. Lund calls this cushion set beige. Each cushion measures approximately 36 5/8" W x 58 1/2" L x 3" D overall and has (2) 3/8" ID female snaps for easy installation.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any covers specific to your Coupe, and they aren't something we can source or order.
We aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:
