Hello Alan,
Unfortunately we don't currently have a lid that fits, and they aren't something we can source or order. All we can suggest is to get a piece of starboard plastic, cut to size, and attach a hinge. This link shows what the starboard is:

I'm afraid we don't know. When we get livewells from Lund, they will often have a Lund part number, but very rarely is any reference made to a specific model. You could try contacting a dealer and give them that Lund part number - 2005583 - they may be able to tell you. Otherwise you'd pretty much need to just go by the measurements in the ad.
