what size hole does this ring require, and does it come with a mounting bolt? my pontoon boat has a one inch diameter hole near the end of a 1/4" thick aluminum plate that is very hard to get the wench strap hook into. I would like to mount this ring into that hole. thanks, Jim

Oops - that would help. Needs a 7/8" diameter cut out and we'll get that in the ad.
