Can I use these seats to replace two seats on a 1999 Parker 21 SE?

Hello Foster,
Since we aren't Parker dealers, we aren't able to cross reference seating to specific boats. That being said, if your 21 SE has standard pedestals (see link below) with a standard 12" x 5" mounting pattern, we know of no reason they wouldn't work.
Here is what one of those pedestals would look like:

The seat has a very standard 12" x 5" mounting pattern, which is what most swivel slides are.

I'm afraid we don't have any way to cross reference the vinyl we have to the seat, and it's not something we can source or order. About all we can suggest is to contact Parker directly to see if they can get you a supplier name/number.
