Doesn't have the peel off self stick or do you have to use adhesive of some sort to get this attached to the fiberglass

No self stick adhesive on this one. 3M 5200 is a good adhesive for it.

I am looking for this to fit a 1995 Ranger 487vs from where you step in to under the drivers seat and towards the bow where the flipping deck ext. covers. I would love for the color to be White w/Blue Flake. Thanks, Bennett

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any pre-cut mats specific to your 487, and they aren't something we can source or order. Going back to '95, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore.
You might consider just getting non skid off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you. If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of non skid at great prices at this link:

Does this matt have a self stick backing or does it need to have 3m tape applied?

It isn't adhesive backed, so you'd need to use an adhesive on it. A typical water proof contact cement would be just fine.

Hello Rick,
We've never installed this particular mat, but typically you just adhere it with a simple water proof contact cement. No need for expensive marine adhesives.
