This panel is constructed out of a black textured foam cushioned vinyl over hard marine grade plastic. Measures approximately 22 5/8" W x 12" H overall, tapering to 3 1/4" H. No Mounting thread mounts / mounting holes are on this panel.

I'm afraid we don't actually make anything - we purchase overstocks and closeouts - so all we can offer is whatever we currently show online.
Unfortunately, we don't currently show any covers specific to your Sundancer, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '03, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:
