Hello wondering if this the same as the ssc6217 cable but an upgrade and can it be used with the sh91526 steering helm?

Yes, it's installed exactly the same as the SSC6217. It is our understanding the SSCX6417 is the XTREME version. Honestly not sure what exactly that means, since we aren't dealers.
