This Safe-T Quick-Connect rotary tilt helm features a 3/4" Dia. tapered steering shaft with a 3/8" Dia. hole. Per manufacturer, couples to Teleflex and Seastar Solutions Sport or Sport Plus tilt mechanisms, and for use with steering wheels up to 16" in diameter
