Boat part number 1075251 is a new pair of inflatable boat fenders from Shoreline Marine, part number SL52386 .
These fenders are constructed out of high quality, UV resistant white vinyl. Each measures 5 1/2" Dia. x 20" L overall, per manufacturer. These fenders are non-abrasive and can be tied to cleats or rails to put protection exactly where you need it. They are ribbed on all sides for strength and durability. Each has (2) 5/8" Dia. reinforced rope holes (one on each end) to allow for horizontal placement.

I couldn't find anything specific but you might just be able to use anchor or dock line.
