Boat part number 1057426 is a new thru hull w/ scupper from Southco, part number M7-14-9105754 .
Constructed of 316 stainless steel (polished flange), this thru hull measures approximately 2 1/2" OD (2 7/8" with nut) x 5 1/8" H overall and has an approximate 1 7/8" OD threaded connection. The max hull thickness is approximately 3 1/4". Features black rubber scupper with Southco logo.

What does it mean that it doesn't include the mounting ring? It looks from the pictures that it has the polished outer ring with scupper, and the nut that backs it on the inside. What's missing?
