This tackle torage box is constructed out of off white marine grade plastic, and measures approximately 15" W x 13 1/2" H x 10 1/2" D overall. Requires an approximate 11 7/8" W x 11 1/8" H x 9 3/4" D cutout. Mounts with (8) 3/16" OD countersunk mounting holes set around the perimeter.

I'm afraid we do not know. You see, we aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase overstock and excess marine accessories - and don't know how big that storage station is. You'd pretty much need to go by the measurements in the ad.
