I'm afraid we don't make anything - we purchase overstocks & closeouts - so all we can offer is what we currently show online.
Going back to '99, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine non skid off the roll and cutting to size.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of non skid at great prices at this link:
