Does the have self adhesive on the back

Hi Calvin,
It does not. It is designed to be screwed down via the lips on the top and bottom. You could put a double sided adhesive on the back, but it would have to be some pretty tough stuff to be sure it will hold for an extended period of time. How are these bumpers secured to the dock?

Hello Donald,
Here is what Taco recommends:
1) Clean the dock surface area so you have a smooth, even surface.
2) Secure the Dock Bumper to the dock by attaching stainless steel screws every 4-6" apart on both sides of the bulb of the Dock Bumper.
3) Use pruning shears to cut Dock Bumper to the desired length.
