Hi Ron,
It is relatively flexible, yes. If you look at the 2nd photo, it shows the rub rail coiled up and gives you an idea of it's flexibility.

Sorry, no mounting hardware is included. You can however, pick those up at any hardware store.

Hi Mike,
It is bendable enough to follow the natural curve of almost all boats, but depending on the radius of your bow and stern edges, you may need to cut and cap there. It sure won't make a 45 degree bend.
