I'm afraid we are not able to cross reference it to specific boats. You'd need to either contact a dealer and give them that 145536 Tahoe part number, or just go by the measurements in the ad.

Hello Jackie,
Unfortunately we don't currently show one specific to your Q5 and it isn't something we can source/order.
We aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You may need to either find someone to make one, or find one close and use it. That option isn't as daunting as it sounds.

The single most important measurement is the 74". That is center to center of the port/starboard radius. If you can find one that matches yours, there is a good chance it will work. The height, and to an extent the length can usually vary, and the width across the back as well, because the back can flex so much.
