On the back of the tach there are numbers like 8c/4p,5p,6p. What should that be set on for a Mercury 175 hp 2 stroke.

It should be 6P - that is for 12 poles, which is what works with your 175.

what Teleflex part numbers are for the Fuel and speedo- i would like to get the same ones and cant find them on the site. for a 2000 LS 2000 Yamaha jet boat

Yes, it sure will. You'd want to be sure and set the switch on back to 12 pole for your outboard.
