Do this come as one peice or in four.and how big and heavy is the crate. And cost of shipping to N5P4K8 st Thomas Ontario Canada. Thank you in advance.

Hello John,
It comes in four pieces. (2) "wings" and (2) curved fronts.
The shipping pallet is 60" x 48" x 40" and 191 lbs.
Shipping to your residence would be $518.78. That price does not include
duty/tax or any applicable broker fees. (we don't know how much those woudl be)
If you care to make an offer, we can pass it on and get back to you!

Unfortunately, we don't currently show one specific to your '02 Trophy and it isn't something we can source/order or cross reference to what we do have.
I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You may need to either find someone to make one, or find one close and use it. That option isn't as daunting as it sounds.

The single most important measurement is the 82". That is center to center of the port/starboard radius. If you can find one that matches yours, there is a good chance it will work. The height, and to an extent the length can usually vary, and the width across the back as well, because the back can flex so much.

Note too: If you find one you feel may work, we can offer a foot print template for $20 (if in the lower 48 states) which is refunded if the windshield is purchased.
