I have a 01 212 Baja islander will this steering wheel work on my boat
Question by: Michael on Aug 24, 2021, 5:50 AM
Hello Michael,
Chances are about 99% it will but the only way we know for sure is if you remove your old wheel and hub from your steering helm shaft and see if that helm has a key way or splined tip. A key way has 1, 2 or 3 slots on it while a splined tip would have 15 splines and look like a prop shaft.
If you look at the back side view of this wheel, you'll see those two slots - that is a key way mount.
Hope this helps!
