Boat part number 1089620 is a new power trim gauge from VDO, part number 1 275 015 230A .
This illuminated trim gauge features a flat lens, black face, black bezel, white needle, and white and blue graphics. Measures approximately 2 1/4 Dia. across the face (including bezel) x 2 3/4" D overall. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout. Has (2) threaded bolts and (5) single-spade male connections. Mounting bracket NOT included. Set up for Mercury / Volvo / Yamaha engines 2001 and newer.

Hello Charles,
We don't believe it will, but we would suggest checking with either a Mercruiser or VDO dealer. There was quite a bit of gray area in that time.
