Boat part number 1101742 is a new Pro Series water temperature gauge from Yamaha Outboards, part number 6Y5-83590-00 . Commonly used on Bass Cat Boats, part number unavailable, but may be used on other boats.
This gauge features a flat lens, black bezel, black face, orange needle and orange graphics. It measures approximately 2 3/8" Dia. across the face including bezel x 2 7/8" D overall and requires a cutout of approximately 2" Dia. It has (5) single male bullet connectors and (1) single female bullet connector.
Mounting bracket included.

Honestly not sure for the 2023 model years. You'd need to check with a dealer for that. No sending unit is included. It's just the gauge as shown.

Will this work on a Yamaha c85 from 1992? I have the 703 remote control and there are three capped off wires hanging off the back, can I interface this there? If not, is there a way to hook up an aftermarket temp gauge to the c85?

I'm afraid we don't know if it would work or not. We aren't Yamaha dealers and are unable to cross reference these. About all we can suggest is to contact a Yamaha dealer.
