Boat part number 1090992 is a new multifunction fuel, water, and trim gauge from Beede, part number 947616 .
This halogen bulb illuminated multifunction gauge features a flat lens, silver colored bezel, black face, orange needles, and white lettering / graphics. It measures approximately 3 3/4" Dia. across the face (including bezel) x 3 1/4" D overall. It requires an approximate 3 1/4" Dia. cutout and has (2) threaded bolt mounts and (1) 7-pin male deutsch connection (connector not included).
Mounting bracket included.
Note: May contain minor dust under the lens.

Unfortunately we don't currently have a maching tach, and they aren't something we can source or order. Closest I found is this one:
