Boat part number 1083051 is a new articulated hinge from Gemini Marine Products, part number GEMABSH-78065SS . Commonly used on Escape Pontoon Boats, but may be used on other boats.
The hinge is constructed out of fiberglass reinforced black ABS rated marine grade plastic, with a stainless steel link. Measures approximately 3" L x 7/8" Dia. overall (when straight), and fits 7/8" OD stainless steel tubing, per manufacturer.

Sorry no, it isn't locking, and we only have in 7/8". I'm afraid they aren't something we can source or order. Sorry.
