Boat part number 1070162 is a new Driftwood Series 7000 RPM tachometer gauge from Teleflex, part number 62568 .
This clear halogen bulb illuminated tachometer gauge features a black bezel, cream colored face, black needle, lettering, numerals, and accents. Measures approximately 3 3/4" Dia. across the face including bezel x 3 1/8" D overall. Requires an approximate 3 3/8" Dia. cutout and has (4) threaded bolt connections.
Mounting bracket included.

I am replacing a Teleflex 0-8000 Rpm gauge with Numbers 72280 and 262/94 on the side of it. This one looks almost Identical on the back with the exception of the placement of the Ground stud. On the front the difference of the scale 0-7000 rpm, will this work? I have a Skeeter with Mercury 200 2-Stroke motor. Is there an exact replacement for my present gauge?

I'm sorry, but we do not know. We are not Teleflex dealers, and are not able to cross reference their components. About all we can suggest is to contact Telflex/Seastar directly. They do have an excellent tech support system.

I have a 3 cyl. 50 hp Mercury engine will this tach work for me and should i set it at the 6 pulse setting. thank you in advance
